To ensure clarity and transparency, we have established a no-refund policy for all our services effective June 1st, 2024.

 

Policy Overview: No Refund Policy

All payments made for any services offered by the Agile Mindset Community of Practice are final and non-refundable. This includes but is not limited to, payments for one-on-one coaching sessions, resume review/revamping, LinkedIn optimization, Agile certification training, and any other consulting or training services. Please refer to Terms & Conditions

Once a payment is made, no refunds, partial or full payment, will be issued under any circumstances.

Service Commitment:

We are committed to delivering high-quality services and ensuring customer satisfaction. If you have any concerns or issues with the services provided, please get in touch with us immediately, and we will work diligently to address and resolve your concerns.

Acknowledge and Acceptance:

By making a payment for any service, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to this no-refund policy.
It is your responsibility to ensure that you have a clear understanding of this policy before making any payments.
